How To Order

UCF Institutional Purchases:

Please visit our UCF Departments Information page  to submit institutional orders by using the Service Now order form link.  You will need to provide your Workday Work Tags to complete the order.  Quotations are not required to be submitted with your orders for standard catalog items, however one can be generated upon request for your department’s processing needs. To request a quote, please contact tpc@ucf.edu.

Payroll Deductions:

UCF IT Standard Catalog items are available for Employee Payroll Deduction to USPS and A&P employees that have completed their probationary employment period. Please review our UCF Employee Payroll Deduction information page and contact us at tpc@ucf.edu for assistance.

Availability:

Standard Catalog items have limited on-hand availability. Orders are shipped from our suppliers and may have a manufacturing lead time.  Please contact tpc@ucf.edu for questions regarding in-stock availability.
